Bev is passionate about helping people and educating her clients about the home buying and selling process and current market conditions. Her mission is not only to inform her clients of houses that are currently on the market, but to educate them on financing, inspectors, title companies and appraisers to give them updated and well-needed information on how certain aspects of buying or selling a home tie together.
Bev has the power of working with a team including her husband, George, who is a Business Broker trained and educated in buying and selling Business and Commercial properties. Together they work to ensure that all clients transactions are handled from start to finish to guarantee a successful closing including residential, commercial and business transactions.
Bev is a native of Colorado being raised on a farm in Northeastern Colorado. She has experience in being a Landlord, previous business owner, knowledge of a 1031 Exchange and has valued experience in remodels and working with 1st Time Homebuyers. She has earned her GRI Designation and also her ASP Designation as a Certified Staging Professional and continues updating her profession by taking numerous continuing ed classes. Bev enjoys spending time in the Colorado Rockies camping and boating with her family of 4 and two grandchildren.
Bev is a member of The Greeley Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Colorado Association of Realtors. She served on the Agent Leadership Council and Tri-City Council for three years for Keller Williams. Bev was part of the Silver Award Honor for outstanding performance within the Keller Williams Company. Bev is a full-time Realtor that provides 100% Service 100% of the Time.
